Product warranty policy

Warranty time: two years

process:
1. Provide pictures and videos of product defective parts via email.
2. Once we confirm the cause of the damage, we will immediately arrange for replacement parts to be reissued.
3. If there is man-made damage due to customer reasons, the customer must bear the cost of parts and freight.


All products are warranted to the original owner to be free from manufacturing and mechanical defects from the original date of purchase. If a product is found to be nonconforming, we will provide replacement parts or products or make appropriate adjustments.

Normal wear and tear from daily use is not included. For example, the appearance of materials such as copper, bronze, nickel, teak and bamboo without a protective varnish or finish is expected to change naturally over time and with normal use. Other exclusions include damage caused by installation, replacement or repair, and damage caused by improper cleaning, misuse or neglect.

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact our customer relations team immediately upon receipt.
